Send a short brief and any documents via the form, email, or WhatsApp, after we confirm receipt and start review a legal consultant prepares a complimentary initial written consultation, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
Scope, timeline, and fee
Should you wish to proceed, we will define the scope of work and the method of engagement in a precise and transparent manner, together with a timetable for completion and the applicable fees. Work shall commence upon the execution of a fee agreement setting out the rights and obligations of both parties, and upon payment of the agreed fees in accordance with the schedule stipulated therein.
Delivery & next steps
You receive the agreed deliverable. Whether in the form of a legal consultation, a contract prepared or amended by us, or a written legal opinion. We then walk you through the key points by call or at our Dubai headquarters. If court work is required, we coordinate representation with a licensed UAE law firm, manage a smooth handover, and stay involved throughout as your consultants, working closely with the firm and with you to keep the process aligned with the strategy we agreed.
