About
With over five decades of legal experience between Iran and the UAE, Mr. Abdolmehdi Abdolsaheb Fallah combines deep regional knowledge with practical legal insight. An Iranian national born in 1946, he holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Damascus University (1973) and has been a practicing lawyer in Iran since 1979, where he managed law offices in Khorramshahr and Ahvaz as a member of the Iranian Bar Association and a sworn legal translator between Arabic and Persian.
Since 1996, Mr. Fallah has been licensed as a Legal Consultant in Dubai by decree of the late Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum. He has advised major public institutions and private entities, including Bank Melli Iran (Gulf Region), the Iranian Hospital in Dubai, the Iranian Schools administration, and numerous commercial and industrial companies. Alongside his advisory work, he has participated in specialized conferences on Islamic banking and UAE labour law and has lectured translation students in Mashhad in both Arabic and Persian.

With over four decades of legal experience across the Middle East, Mr. Husien Aref has built a distinguished career in banking, insurance, labour, and real estate law. He has advised major financial institutions, insurance companies, and corporations in both Syria and the UAE, known for his practical, strategic approach and long-standing client trust.

Before joining Fallah Legal Consultants, Mr. Aref served as Legal Consultant for leading UAE law firms and managed his own practice, Al Aref for Advocates & Legal Consultants in Aleppo. His work has included complex arbitration cases, corporate restructuring, and civil and commercial litigation.
